摘要
员工行为规范是医院文化建设的重要因素,医院文化建设需要通过员工行为规范这个载体呈现出来。江汉油田总医院通过加强培训学习,让员工"行为有标准";积极推行试点,让员工"行为有榜样";强化监督考核,让员工"行为有奖惩"。为使三甲复审条款达标,更好地推进医院文化建设,应进一步分析研究存在的困难和不足之处,加强宣传教育,制定详细措施,选树先进典型。
Personnel behavior norm is important in cultural establishment of a hospital.General Hospital of Jianghan Oilfield strengthens personnel training to make them have the standard for their behavior,implements pilot program to make them follow a good example and intensifies supervision and examination to set up the rewards and punishment system for their behavior.To make the hospital reach the standard for Grade A rechecking items and further push forward its cultural establishment,it is necessary to further analyze and study the existing difficulties and shortcomings,strengthen publicity and education,formulate measures in detail and select and cultivate advanced models.
