高血压合并房颤患者Ghrelin水平的变化及其与血压昼夜节律的相关性研究 被引量:5

Change of Ghrelin Level in Patients with Hypertension Complicated by Fibrillation Atrial and Its Correlation with Circadian Rhythm of Blood Pressure

摘要 目的分析高血压合并房颤患者血清Ghrelin水平的变化及其与血压昼夜节律的相关性。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月中南大学湘雅医学院附属海口医院收治的高血压100例为研究对象,其中高血压合并房颤60例为观察组、单纯高血压40例为高血压组,同期无高血压的健康体检者40例为健康体检组。分析3组空腹状态下血清Ghrelin水平差异,根据观察组血压昼夜节律类型情况,对比勺型和非勺型血压患者血清Ghrelin水平及血压昼夜节律值,并进行Pearson相关性分析。结果观察组及高血压组血清Ghrelin水平低于健康体检组,且观察组血清Ghrelin水平低于高血压组(P<0.05)。非勺型高血压血清Ghrelin水平明显低于勺型高血压(P<0.05),非勺型高血压的血压昼夜节律值低于勺型高血压(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,高血压合并房颤的血清Ghrelin水平与血压昼夜节律值呈正相关(r=0.628,P<0.05)。结论高血压合并房颤患者血清Ghrelin水平低于健康者,且和血压昼夜节律密切相关。 Objective To analyze of changes of Ghrelin level in patients with hypertension complicated by fibril- lation atrial and its correlation with circadian rhythm of blood pressure. Methods A total of 100 patients with hyperten- sion admitted during May 2016 and May 2017 were divided into observation group (n 60, having hypertension compli- cated by atrial fibrillation) and hypertension group (n 40, having simple hypertension) , and other 40 healthy people taking physical examination at the same period were used as health examination group. Differences of fasting serum Ghre- fin levels among 3 groups were analyzed. Serum Ghrelin levels and values of circadian rhythm of blood pressure were coin- pared between spoon-type and non spoon-type hypertension groups, and Pearson correlation was performed according to types of circadian rhythm of blood pressure in obsetwation group. Results Serum Ghrelin levels in observation and hy- pertension groups were significantly lower than that in the health examination group, and the level in obsetwation group was significantly lower than that in hypertension group (P 〈 0.05). In non spoon-type blood pressure group, serum Ghre- fin level was significantly lower (P 〈 0.05), and the value of circadian rhythm of blood pressure was significantly lower than those in spoon-type blood pressure group (P 〈0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Ghrelin level was positively correlated with value of circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with hypertension complicated by fibrillation atrial (r =0. 628, P 〈0.05) . Conclusion Serum Ghrelin level in patients with hypertettsion cotuplicated by fibrillation atrial is lower than that of healthy people, and it is closely related to circadian rhythm of blood pressure.
