生长抑素联合硫酸镁治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果评价

Effectiveness Evaluation of Somatostatin Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in Treatment of Severe Acute Panreatitis

目的评价生长抑素联合硫酸镁治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法选取资阳市第四人民医院2016年5月—2017年7月收治的重症急性胰腺炎108例,按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组给予生长抑素治疗,观察组给予生长抑素联合硫酸镁治疗,比较2组疗效、症状消失及住院时间,淀粉酶及炎症指标的改变、并发症及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状缓解时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组血淀粉酶和尿淀粉酶水平、肿瘤坏死因子α、C反应蛋白及血白细胞水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组并发症及不良反应发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生长抑素联合硫酸镁治疗重症急性胰腺炎效果满意且安全性高。

Objective To evaluate effectiveness of Magnesium Combined with Solnatostatin Sulfate in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 108 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted during May 2016 and July 2017 were divided into observation group and control group （n = 54 for each group） according to therapeutic methods. Control group was given solnatostatfn therapy, while obsetwation group was treated with Magnesium Combined with Solnatostatin Sulfate. Therapeutic effect, disappearance time of symptoms, hospitalization time, changes of amylase and inflalnlnatory indexes, incidence rates of eolnplieations and adverse reactions were eolnpared in two groups. Results In observation group, the total effective rate was significantly higher （P 〈0.05） , and symptom relief and hospitaliza- tion times were significantly shorter than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, levels of helnodiastase, uri- nary amylase, tumor necrosis factor-α, C reactive protein and blood leucocyte were lower than those before treatment in two groups, and the levels in obsen,ation group were sigtzificantly lower than those in cotltro] group （ P 〈 0. 05 }. There were no significant differences in incidence rates of complications and adverse reactions between two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Solnatostatin eolnbined with Magnesium Sulfate may achieve good effectiveness with safe in treatment of se- vere acute pancreatitis.
