Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of comprehensive and systematic emergency first-aid measures in the clinical emergency treatment of severe acute organophosphorus pesticide-induced respiratory failure patients. Methods 26 patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning who were admitted to this hospital from March 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the subject of this study. All patients experienced significant respiratory failure, according to their emergency methods. The patients were divided into the routine group and the comprehensive group. The patients in the conventional group received the first-aid treatment in the clinical routine. The patients in the comprehensive group needed to be treated with the ventilator at the same time. The adverse conditions, blood gas analysis indexes, and other clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. Results Only one case was found in patients in the overall group, PaO2 index was(89.1±1.8)mm Hg, and PaCO2 index was(66.9±2.1)mm Hg. The correlation was better than that of the conventional group. There was a significant difference between the two groups after comparing the relevant data(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the clinical first aid of patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, giving patients more comprehensive first aid measures is better, and this program is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
