探讨无框架立体定向在脑出血手术治疗中的应用价值

Exploration of the Application Value of Frameless Stereotactic in Surgical Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的在脑出血患者中应用无框架立体定向手术治疗的临床价值探讨。方法将该院于2016年7月—2017年7月收治的脑出血患者80例按数字法进行分组:常规组与实验组,各40例。常规组患者实施保守治疗,实验组患者采用无框架立体定向手术治疗,对2组患者的脑血流动力学参数状况以及生活质量评分情况进行比较观察。结果实验组患者的Qm为(5.63±1.23)mL/s,Vm为(8.64±2.23)cm/s,Rv为(101.53±26.63)Kpa.s/m,DR为(37.64±10.52)Kpa.s/m,常规组患者的Qm为(2.21±0.06)mL/s,Vm为(3.98±1.67)cm/s,Rv为(149.67±46.63)Kpa.s/m,DR为(50.68±14.45)Kpa.s/m,比较可知,实验组的脑血流动力学参数水平优于常规组患者。在生活质量评分方面,实验组患者的社会功能为(58.32±4.76)分,肢体功能为(63.74±5.32)分,认知功能为(65.51±3.48)分,心理功能为(62.43±4.23)分,常规组患者的社会功能为(46.63±4.27)分,肢体功能为(52.24±4.53)分,认知功能为(54.52±3.84)分,心理功能为(50.42±3.35)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑出血中应用无框架立体定向手术治疗能够有效改善患者的不良症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective This paper tries to explore the application of frameless stereotactic surgery in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in this hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were grouped according to the number method： 40 cases in the conventional group and the experimental group respectively. Patients in the conventional group were treated conservatively. The patients in the experimental group were treated with frameless stereotactic surgery. The cerebral hemody-namic parameters and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results The Qm of the experimental group was（5.63 ±1.23）mL/s, Vm was（8.64±2.23）cm/s, Rv was（101.53±26.63）Kpa.s/m, and DR was（37.64±10.52）Kpa.s/m, Qm of conventional group patients was（2.21±0.06）mL/s, Vm was（3.98±1.67）cm/s, Rv was（149.67±46.63）Kpa.s/m, and DR was（50.68±14.45）Kpa. s/m, from the comparison, the cerebral hemodynamic parameters of the experimental group were superior to those of the conventional group. In terms of quality of life scores, the social function of the experimental group was（58.32 ±4.76）points, the limb function was（63.74±5.32）points, the cognitive function was（65.51±3.48）points, and the psychological function was（62.43±4.23）points. In the conventional group, the social function was（46.63±4.27）points, the limb function was（52.24±4.53）points, the cognitive function was（54.52±3.84）points, and the psychological function was（50.42±3.35）points.The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of frameless stereotactic surgery in intracerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the patient＇s adverse symptoms and improve the patient＇s quality of life. It is worth promoting.
