探讨人性化护理模式在手术室护理中的应用价值

摘要 目的在手术室护理中应用人性化护理模式,并探讨其应用价值。方法选取该院收治的160例需要进行手术的患者,选取时间为2015年11月—2017年11月。随机分为对照组与观察组,每组80例,其中对照组患者行常规手术护理,观察组患者行人性化手术护理。观察两组的患者满意度及SAS、SDS评分。结果 (1)对照组患者中满意的有15例,占18.75%,一般满意的有45例,占56.25%,不满意的有20例,占25.00%,观察组患者满意度为75.00%(60/80);观察组患者中满意的有36例,占45.00%,一般满意的有40例,占50.00%,不满意的有4例,占5.00%观察组患者满意度为95.00%(76/80),相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.549 0,P=0.000 4<0.05)。(2)术前两组患者的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.87、0.65,P>0.05);术后观察组SAS评分为(40.6±3.1)分,显著低于对照组(65.8±3.6)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=47.44,P<0.05);术后观察组SDS评分为(42.7±2.9)分,显著低于对照组(62.5±3.4)分,对比差异有统计学意义(t=39.63,P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在手术室护理中效果明显,可以有效提高护理工作的质量与患者的满意度,增加患者对手术的信心,促进患者配合,在临床中具有一定的推广价值及应用价值。 Objective Humanized nursing model is applied in operating room nursing and its application value is explored. Methods 160 patients undergoing surgery who were admitted to the hospital were selected from November 2015 to November 2017. Randomly divid-ed into control group and observation group, 80 cases in each group, in which the control group received routine surgical care, obser-vation group patients undergoing humanized surgical care. The patient satisfaction and SAS and SDS scores were observed in the two groups. Results 1.Among the patients in the control group, 15 were satisfied, accounting for 18.75%, 45 were generally satisfied, ac-counting for 56.25%, and 20 were unsatisfied, accounting for 25.00%. The satisfaction of the observation group was 75.00%(60/80).In the observation group, there were 36 patients(45.00%) satisfied, 40 patients were generally satisfied(50.00%), 4 patients were un-satisfied, and the patient satisfaction rate of the 5.00%, observation group was 95.00%(76/80). In comparison, the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ^2=12.549 0, P=0.000 40.05). 2.There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before operation(t=1.87, 0.65, P〈0.05). The SAS score in the observation group was(40.6 ±3.1)points, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(65.8 ±3.6)points, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=47.44, P〈0.05); postoperative observation group SDS score was(42.7 ±2.9)points, significantly lower than the control group(62.5 ±3.4)points. The difference was statistically significant(t =39.63, P 0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing has obvious effect in nursing of operating room, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing work and patient satisfaction, increase patient's confidence in surgery, pro-mote patient cooperation, and have certain promotion value and application value in clinical practice.
