研究葡萄糖酸锌联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿肠炎的临床疗效

Study on Clinical Efficacy of Zinc Gluconate Combined with Xingpi Yanger Granule in Treating Children's Enteritis

目的分析与研究葡萄糖酸锌联合醒脾养儿颗粒对于治疗小儿肠炎的临床效果、对各临床症状的改善情况以及复发情况。方法从该院2015年12月—2017年9月期间内接收的小儿肠炎患者中,随机抽取162例患者,将其分为观察组与对照组,均81例。对照组患者仅接受醒脾养儿颗粒进行治疗,观察组患者接受葡萄糖酸锌联合醒脾养儿颗粒进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的效果及临床症状改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率(97.53%)显著高于对照组患者(83.95%)(χ~2=10.974,P=0.001);观察组患者治疗后脱水改善时间、止吐时间、退热时间、住院时间均低于对照组患者;观察组患者治疗后复发率(1.23%)、不良反应发生率(2.47%)均低于对照组患者;观察组患者满意率(98.76%)高于对照组患者(85.19%)(χ~2=12.474,P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌联合醒脾养儿颗粒对于治疗小儿肠炎的效果较为显著,极大地改善了患者的脱水、腹泻、呕吐、发热等临床症状,缩短了患者的住院时间和治疗时间,并且能够降低患者治疗后的复发率、不良反应发生率,提高了患者治疗后的满意率,临床价值较高,值得推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to analyze and study the clinical effects of zinc gluconate combined with Xingpi Yanger Granules on the treatment of children＇s enteritis, improvement of clinical symptoms and recurrence. Methods From pediatric enteritis patients received during the period from December 2015 to September 2017 in this hospital, 162 patients were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 81 cases in each group. The control group only received Xingpi Yanger Granules for treatment. The observation group patients received zinc gluconate combined with Xingpi Yanger Granules for treatment. Observe the effect of treatment and improvement of clinical symptoms in both groups of patients. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group（97.53%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（83.95%）,（ χ^2=10.974,P=0.001）; the dehydration improvement time, the antiemetic time, the fever reduction time, and the hospitalization time were all observed in the observation group after treatment. The rate of recurrence（1.23%） and incidence of adverse reactions（2.47%） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; the satisfaction rate in the observation group（98.76%） was higher than that in the control group（85.19%）（χ^2=12.474, P 0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Zinc gluconate combined with Xingpi Yanger Granules has a significant effect on the treatment of pediatric enteritis. It greatly improves the patient＇s clinical symptoms such as dehydration, diarrhea, vomiting and fever, shortens the hospitalization time and treatment time, and can reduce the patient＇s treatment.After the recurrence rate, the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the patient＇s satisfaction after treatment, the clinical value is high, it is worth promoting.
