摘要
介绍了一种核电用SA508 Gr.3 Cl.1钢窄间隙埋弧焊剂的渣系选择、配方设计与产品性能。该焊剂与专用焊丝进行埋弧焊接,研究较宽焊接参数范围内的焊接工艺性能适应性与热处理态熔敷金属的室温、350℃高温拉伸强度、低温冲击功稳定性。结果表明,该焊剂具有优异的焊接工艺性能适应性,焊接电流、焊接速度、道间温度等焊接参数在较宽的范围内变化时,热处理态熔敷金属力学性能均满足三代核电技术要求,且数值余量大,波动较小,具有较好的工程实用性。熔敷金属微观组织为粒状贝氏体+铁素体组织。
Narrow-gap submerged arc flux used for nuclear power SA508 Gr.3 Cl.1 steel welding was introduced on slag system selection,formula designation,and product performance. It was welded with the special alloy wire in wide welding parameters,their welding process performance adaptability and stability of mechanical properties in PWHT were researched. The results showed that,flux CHF112 HRF had excellent welding process performance adaptabilities. When welded variably in wide welding currents,welding speed,interpass temperatures,mechanical properties of deposited metal in PWHT met the technical requirements of the third generation nuclear power completely,and the values had sufficient margins and less fluctuations. The microstructure of deposited metal was granular bainite and ferrite.
