井工开采矿井局部通风机应用非常广泛,采区准备巷道各掘进工作面在施工时均采用压入式局部通风机供应新鲜风流,而工作期间通风机工作状态是否正常是制约安全生产的重要因素。故研制了一种局部通风机在非正常状态下全巷道自动预警的装置,并将该装置应用于陈四楼煤矿的各岩巷和煤巷掘进工作面。该装置实现了对局部通风机工作状态的实时监控,避免了局部通风机单机运转及通风机双停事故,消除了局部通风机潜在的安全隐患。

The local fan is widely used in the shaft mining. Therefore, to develop a local fan in a non normal state of roadway full automatic early warning device, and the application of the device in the Chensilou Coal Mine roadway and coal roadway tunneling working surface, the device realized the real-time monitoring of the local fan working condition, avoiding double stop accident local ventilator a single power supply and fan, eliminating potential safety hazard of local fan.
