摘要
针对胶带"飞车"造成胶带头严重积煤、断带等恶性事故,以赵固一矿16001综采工作面巷道大斜长、大运量、大坡度胶带为例,对煤矿大斜长、大运量、大坡度胶带防"飞车"技术进行了研究,研究了胶带防飞车综合优化方案、大功率三相异步电动机选择、胶带机运行中间部分增加运行阻力以及系统设计创新点。研究得出:选用新型盘式制动器,解决了胶带超速后制动难题,既保护了胶带,防止突然超速停车而造成断带的风险,又从结构上保护了输送机减速机,防止突然停车对减速机的冲击,实现安全可靠运行;对槽托架进行改造,实现了对胶带的保护,防止胶带在托辊结合处损伤,使胶带具有较高的回收复用价值。
For the tape "flying",the tape head caused serious coal accumulation,broken belt and other malignant accidents. Take the large inclined length,large volume and large grade tape of the roadway of the 16601 fullymechanized mining face in Zhaogu No. 1 Mine as an example. The transportation and large-slope tape anti-" speed" technology was studied. The comprehensive optimization scheme of the belt anti-flying vehicle,the selection of high-power three-phase asynchronous motor,the increase of running resistance in the middle part of the belt conveyor operation and the system design innovation were studied. The research shows that the new disc brake was used to solve the problem that the brake problem after the belt overspeed protection not only protects the tape from the sudden overspeed stop,but also protects the conveyor reducer from the structure and prevents the sudden stop to the reducer. The impact of the impact,to achieve safe and reliable operation;the modification of the groove bracket,to achieve the protection of the tape, to prevent damage to the tape at the joint of the roller, so that the tape has a higher recycling value.
