中硬煤层块煤率提高技术

Technology of increasing the lump coal rate of medium hard coal seam

摘要 为了提高中硬煤层综采工作面的块煤率,根据矿井的地质条件及设备选型,从开采工艺和装备两方面进行了研究。采用微差爆破技术对工作面煤壁进行了弱化;对采煤机参数进行了优化,并采用数值模拟方法进行校验。研究结果表明:采用煤层弱化与采煤机参数优化相结合的技术措施后,井下工作面的块煤率提高了4.34%,地面块煤率提高了8.59%,块煤率得到了明显提高,给煤矿带来了显著的经济效益。 In order to improve the lump coal rate of the fullymechanized coal nfining face in the nfiddle hard coal seam,according to the geological conditions of the nfine and the equipment selection, the research has been carried out from two aspects of nfining technology and equipment. The coal wall of the working face was weakened by the nfillisecond blasting technology; the parameters of the shearer were optinfized and verified by numerical simulation. The research results showed that after the technical measures combining the weak- ening of coal seam and the optinfization of coal nfining machine parameters, the lump coal rate of the underground working face was in- creased by 4. 34% , the ground lump coal rate was increased by 8.59% , and the lump coal rate was obtained. Significantly improved, bringing significant economic benefits to the coal mine.
