摘要
金达煤业10107运输巷采用架棚和锚杆联合支护,支护参数不合理,巷道受动压影响变形严重,两帮移近量达800 mm,底鼓量达1 500 mm,巷道需要多次返修。为解决巷道支护难题,在该巷内进行了地质力学参数测试,分析了支护存在的问题及动压巷道围岩受力特点,提出了高预紧力锚杆支护技术,进行了井下试验。结果表明:新支护在巷道浅部围岩形成刚度较高的预应力承载结构,矿压监测结果显示巷道顶板下沉量43 mm,两帮移近量95 mm,巷道支护效果有了明显改善,满足矿井正常回采的要求。
The 10107 transportation lane of Jinda Coal Industry adopts shed and bolt joint support,the supporting parameters were un- reasonable, the roadway was seriously affected by dynanfie pressure,the displacement of the two gangs reached 800 mm,the bottom drum volume reached 1 500 mm, and the roadway needed many repairs. In order to solve the problem of roadway support, the geomeehanieal parameters test was carried out in the lane, and the problems of support and the surrounding rock stress characteristics of dynanfie pres- sure roadway were analyzed. The high preload force bolt support technology was proposed and carried out underground test. The results showed that the new support forms a prestressed load-bearing structure with high rigidity in the surrounding rock of the roadway. The results of the nfine pressure monitoring showed that the roof subsidence of the roadway was 43 mm,and the displacement of the two gangs was 95 mm. The roadway support effect is obvious, it improves and meets the requirements of mine normal mining.
