摘要
为了解决锅炉炉膛压力保护系统使用过程中存在的测量管路堵塞和泄漏问题,在原有测量设备的基础上增加2台压力变送器,采取1台压力变送器和1个压力开关共用1个取样装置的配置方式,并增加选后压力变送器的信号作为保护信号。经过改造,炉膛压力测量管路的堵或漏情况实现了在线监视,炉膛压力测量设备能够在不退出炉膛负压保护的情况下实现在线检修,成组安装的压力开关和压力变送器能够相互比较并发现异常。投用情况显示,该改造能够大大降低炉膛压力测量管路维护的劳动强度,降低因维护工作造成保护误动的风险,并进一步提高了炉膛负压保护动作的可靠性。
In order to solve the problem of blockage and leakage of the measurement pipeline during the operation of boiler furnace pressure protection system,two pressure transmitters were added on the original measurement equipment. One pressure transmitter and one pressure switch shares one sampling device.Signal of transmitter after election is taken as a protection signal.After modification,the blockage or leakage of the furnace pressure measurement pipeline can be monitored online. The furnace pressure measurement equipment can perform on-line without withdrawing from the furnace negative pressure protection. The pressure switches and pressure transmitters installed in groups can be mutually compared with each other,from which anomalies can be found. The application situation shows that the transformation can greatly reduce the maintenance working intensity of the furnace pressure measurement pipeline,reduce the risk of maloperation caused by maintenance work and make further improvement on the reliability of the furnace negative pressure protection.
