摘要
近几年我国新能源得到了持续快速发展,但辽宁地区燃煤热电比例高,调峰电源建设条件差,冬季供暖期调峰困难,弃风问题较为严重。丹东金山热电有限公司新建260 MW固体电蓄热装置,将弃风电量转换成热能补充到热网,可以保证机组在冬季不降低供热出力的情况下对电网进行深度调峰,实现冬季供热期间火电机组热电解耦,增加了新能源的使用率。
In recent years,new energy has developed continuously and rapidly in China. However,the proportion of coalfired thermal power in Liaoning is high. The construction conditions for peak-load power supply are poor. It is difficult to adjust the peak during the heating period in winter,and the wind power abandonment is serious. Dandong Jinshan Thermal Power Company Limited built a new 260 MW solid electric heat storage device,which converts the abandoned wind power into heat energy and supplies it to the heat network. It can ensure peak-load regulation in the winter without reduce the heating output,which realizes the thermo-electric decoupling for thermal power units in winter and increase the utilization ratio of new energy sources.
