摘要
某公司2台670 MW燃煤机组采用直吹式制粉系统,煤质差时原煤仓堵煤频繁。原采用的振打电机法、空气炮法和螺旋疏通机法效果不佳。现采用一种旋风式气力疏通装置,大大降低了原煤仓堵塞次数,提高了制粉系统运行可靠性,避免了因原煤仓堵煤而导致的降负荷问题。
2 × 670 MW coal-fired units adopted a direct-blowing pulverizing system. When the coal quality was poor,the coal bunker was frequently blocked. The original methods which were vibration method,air cannon method,and screw dredge method worked ineffectively. A helical pneumatic dredging device is used to reduce the blockage of the coal bunker dramatically and improve the operation reliability of the system. It also avoids the problem of load reduction caused by coal blockage.
