摘要
江苏华电戚墅堰发电有限公司燃气-蒸汽联合循环供热机组在进行调压站控制电源双电源切换试验时,电源切换装置切换过程中紧急关断(ESD)阀跳闸。将ESD阀电源改接至静态切换器输出端,但ESD阀仍跳闸,分析原因为ESD阀控制回路无自保持回路。对控制回路加装失电延时返回的自保持回路,确保了调压站设备供电的可靠性,消除了安全隐患。
When the gas-steam combined circle cogeneration unit of Jiangsu Huadian Qishuyan Power Generation Company Limited was conducting a dual power supply switching test on the regulator station control source,the emergency shutdown device( ESD) tripped during the switching process. The power supply to ESD was switched to the output end of static switch,but the ESD still tripped. The reason was that the ESD control loop is not self-holding loop. When the control loop is equipped with the self-holding loop which delays in return after the power loss,the power supply reliability of the regulator station equipment is ensured and the safety hazard is eliminated.
