摘要 某电厂330 MW汽轮机在冷态启动过程中,因冲转参数不合格,高、中压缸温差大引起汽缸各部膨胀不均,轴系振动大等,使机组从启动到并网用时过长。对各种影响因素进行分析并提出解决方案,解决了启动用时过长的问题,提高了机组安全性和经济性。 During the cold starting process of a 330 MW steam turbine of a company,due to unqualified impulse starting parameters,large temperature difference between high pressure and intermediate pressure cylinder caused by uneven expansion of different parts of the cylinders,and large vibration of shaft system,the unit took too long term from starting to grid-connection. It analyzes the influencing factors and puts forward solutions to solve the problem of too long-time start and improve the safety and economy of the unit.
