摘要
对波动光学及干涉仪的发展进行了介绍,对常见的三种干涉仪进行了介绍与分析,从理论上说明并解释了干涉仪背后的物理原理及物理意义。通过对不同物理表面属性及缺陷和渐变折射率的干涉模拟,进行更为直观地说明,展现了光学干涉仪在实际中的应用。
This paper introduces the development of wave optics and interferometers,introduces and analyzes three common interferometers,and theoretically illustrates and explains the physical principles and significance behind the interferometers.Through the interference simulation of different physical surface properties,defects and graded refractive index,it made a more intuitive explanation,which shows the application of optical interferometer in practice.
