摘要 为了让食品更加美观美味、长时间保存,人们发明了各种各样的食品添加剂,既包括天然物质,也包括化学合成物质。随着经济的发展和健康意识的提高,公众开始关注食品添加剂的危害,倾向于选择食品添加剂含量较少的绿色食品。但实际上,食品添加剂已经完全渗入到我们的生活中,我们很难摆脱它们的影响。本文简述了食品添加剂的定义,常见的食品添加剂及滥用的危害,希望能够普及公众对食品添加剂的认识,在讲求食品美味的同时,更要注重健康安全问题。 In order to make food more beautiful,delicious and preserved for a long time,people invented various food additives,including both natural substances and chemical synthetic substances.With the development of economy and the improvement of health awareness,the public began to pay attention to the harm of food additives and tended to choose green food with less food additives.But in fact,food additives have completely penetrated into our life,and it is very difficult for us to get rid of their influence.This paper briefly describes the definition of food additives,common food additives and the harms of its abuse,hoping to popularize the public's understanding for food additives.While emphasizing food delicacy,more attention should be paid to health and safety issues.
