摘要 核化工项目EPC总承包模式包括了设计、采购、土建施工、安装施工以及调试等各环节,某核化工项目经过多年的建筑安装施工经验积累,建立了一套完整的土建向安装移交管理体系,但在具体实施过程中,仍存在一定的不足。本文对该体系进行了进一步的探讨与优化,以期能有效的衔接土建与安装两个不同的施工阶段,为后续类似工程提供借鉴。 EPC general contracting mode ofnuclear chemical project includes the partsof design, procurement, civil engineering construction, installation and commissioning. After years of experience in construction and installation, a complete civil engineering to installation transfer management system has been established for a nuclear chemical project. However, there are still some shortcomings in the concrete implementation process. This paper further discusses and optimizes the system in order to effectively connect the two different construction stages of civil engineering and installation and provide reference for the following similar projects.
