Application of HSE Dynamic Management in Deepwater Natural Gas Project of South China Sea

为对南海深水天然气开发项目建造现场实施有效的安全管理,通过监控和减少人的不安全的作业行为,设备工具的不安全工作状态,环境的不安全因素,从而降低和减少项目建造现场安全隐患,防止安全事故的发生,并最终实现项目的HSE目标,制定并实施了项目HSE动态管理办法。

In order to carry out effective safety management on the construction site of the deepwater natural gas development project of South China Sea,through monitoring and reducing unsafe operation behaviors of people,unsafe working conditions of equipment and tools,and unsafe factors of the environment,thus decreasing and reducing the hidden dangers on the construction site of the project,preventing the occurrence of safety accidents,and finally realizing the HSE objectives of the project,the project HSE dynamic management method has been formulated and implemented.
