摘要
在螯合铁硫磺回收工艺中,硫磺的过滤生产时间歇性的,在停止生产时,吸收氧化塔至真空过滤机这段管线经常发生硫磺堵塞,当吸收氧化塔硫磺浓度达到要求时,无法及时生产。同时,真空过滤机组过滤时药剂损耗较大,药剂添加量增大。通过对该段工艺管线的改造,增加冲洗流程及硫磺喷淋管线,达到避免硫磺在管线中沉积堵塞以及减少药剂消耗的目的。
In the chelated iron sulfur recovery process,the filtration production of sulfur is intermittent.When the production is stopped,the pipeline from the absorption oxidation tower to the vacuum filter is often blocked with sulfur.When the concentration of sulfur in the absorption oxidation tower meets the requirements,it can't be produced in time.At the same time,when vacuum filtration unit filters,the loss of medicament is relatively large,and the amount of medicament added increases.Through the reconstruction of the process pipeline in this section,the flushing process and sulfur spraying pipeline are added to achieve the purpose of avoiding sulfur deposition and blockage in the pipeline and reducing the consumption of medicament.
