摘要 青海盐湖镁业有限公司pvc&钾碱厂固碱装置主要以生产90%以上片状氢氧化钾为主,片状氢氧化钾又称为片碱,利用温度高达340℃的熔盐来保证片碱的浓度。我装置将固态熔盐利用蒸汽或者火烤将熔盐融化储放于横卧式熔盐槽中,为了不让熔盐结晶熔盐温度必须达到180℃以上,而熔盐温度又以熔盐炉保证,利用天然气在熔盐炉中燃烧来保证熔盐温度。在检修期间装置全线停车,为了不让熔盐在熔盐槽中结晶每天仍要用6小时左右天然气来给熔盐加热,严重造成资源浪费。我厂气由天然气公司提供,如遇到天然气公司检修需要断开气源,那么我装置熔盐只能结晶在熔盐槽中,熔盐结晶后重新融化需要20多天时间,严重拖延装置开车时间。 The solid caustic soda plant of Qinghai salt lake magnesium industry co.,ltd.PVC-potassium soda plant mainly produces more than 90% flake potassium hydroxide,which is also called flake alkali.Molten salt with temperature as high as 340℃ is used to ensure the concentration of flake alkali.The device uses steam or fire to melt and store the solid molten salt in a horizontal molten salt tank.In order not to allow the molten salt to crystallize,the molten salt temperature must reach more than 180℃.The molten salt temperature is ensured by the molten salt furnace,and the natural gas is burnt in the molten salt furnace to ensure the molten salt temperature.During maintenance,the entire plant was shut down.In order not to allow molten salt to crystallize in the molten salt tank,natural gas is still used to heat the molten salt for about 6 hours every day,causing serious waste of resources.The gas in our plant is supplied by the natural gas company.The gas in our plant is supplied by the natural gas company.If the gas source is cut off in case of maintenance by the natural gas company,the molten salt in our plant can only be crystallized in the molten salt tank.It will take more than 20 days for the molten salt to melt again after crystallization,which seriously delaying the start-up time of the plant.
