摘要
石油加工工艺中,加氢裂化十分常用,然而由于石油中存有硫等杂质,再加上高温高压环境的缘故,加氢裂化装置对腐蚀现象很难避免。设备受到腐蚀之后,不但会使其使用寿命降低,同时还会对生产造成威胁,故而针对加氢裂化装置的腐蚀分析及防护措施极具研究意义。鉴于此,本文主要对加氢裂化装置常见腐蚀原因进行分析,并在此基础上提出针对性防护措施。
Hydrocracking is very common in petroleum processing technology.However,due to sulfur and other impurities in petroleum,coupled with the high temperature and high pressure environment,the corrosion phenomenon of hydrocracking unit is very difficult to avoid.After the equipment is corroded,it will not only reduce its service life,but also pose a threat to production.Therefore,the corrosion analysis and protection measures for hydrocracking units are of great research significance.In view of this,this paper mainly analyzes the common corrosion causes of hydrocracking units,and based on this,puts forward targeted protective measures.
