对甲醇合成工艺现状的有关思考

Thinking about the Current Situation of Methanol Synthesis Process

甲醇是材料加工、有机合成、医用行业的常用材料之一。而甲醇合成工艺是煤化工核心技术,其对于甲醇工业生产能力及甲醇生产企业市场竞争能力的提升具有重要的影响。但是在现阶段发展过程中,甲醇合成工艺出现了能耗高、投资大、污染高等问题。本文对甲醇现阶段合成工艺情况进行了简单的分析,并提出了一些新型甲醇合成工艺措施。

Methanol is one of the common materials in material processing,organic synthesis and medical industry.The methanol synthesis process is the core technology of coal chemical industry,which has an important influence on the improvement of methanol industrial production capacity and the market competitiveness of methanol production enterprises.However,in the current stage of development,the methanol synthesis process has encountered problems of high energy consumption,large investment,high pollution and so on.This paper makes a simple analysis of methanol synthesis process at this stage and puts forward some new methanol synthesis process measures.
