摘要
分析了可发性共聚树脂颗粒内部结构对发泡性能的影响:采用不同操作生产工艺对颗粒内部结构影响进行比对,得出影响颗粒内部结构的条件因素,为生产做指导。结论为:升温过程前期低温段延长对颗粒致密度有益;适当添加引发剂量对颗粒致密度改善有益。
The influence of the internal structure of expandable copolymer resin particles on foaming performance was analyzed: the influence of different operation and production processes on the internal structure of particles was compared,and the condition factors affecting the internal structure of particles were obtained to guide the production.The conclusion is that the prolonged low temperature stage is beneficial to the particle density in the early stage of the heating process,and proper addition of initiator dose is beneficial to the improvement of particle density.
