普通高校非学历继续教育面向市场办学,必须把握办学方向,遵循办学规律。针对发展瓶颈,要从市场、教育和管理三维视角审视,遵循市场规律,解决发展动力问题;遵循教育规律,解决发展质量问题;遵循管理规律,解决可持续发展问题。普通高校非学历继续教育要遵循市场规律,面向市场,塑造品牌;遵循教育规律,教学为本,完善质量保证体系;遵循管理规律,创新发展,不断提高办学水平。
The development of non-academic continuing education in universities opens to the market,so it＇s necessary to grasp the laws on three dimensional perspectives,including market law for power,educational law for quality and management law for sustainable development,tackling with resolving problems.The non-academic continuing education in universities must follow the laws and shape the brand,insurance the quality and improve the level.
