新时代我国成人教育理论研究反思与转向

摘要 进入新时代,我国成人教育理论研究应与时俱进,进行反思性批判,创新性超越。对当前我国成人教育理论研究视角、研究方法、研究内容、研究价值取向进行反思,发现我国成人教育理论研究的顶层设计与理论研究脱节,方法论标准尚待统一,研究创新性缺乏。基于此,未来我国成人教育理论研究应坚持以人为本的价值取向,回应时代诉求,实现理论与实践的双边互动,提升研究质量,不断走向开放、合作、创新,增强理论研究的独立性和专业性。 In the new era,the theoretical research of adult education in China should keep pace with the times and carry out rethinking criticism and innovative transcendence.Through reviewing the current research perspectives,methods,contents and values of adult education in China,we find that the top-level design of adult education in China is out of line with theoretical research.Methodological standards need to be unified and researches are lack of innovation.Hence,the theoretical research of adult education in China should adhere to the human-oriented value,respond to the demands of the times,achieve bilateral interaction between theory and practice,improve the quality of research,continue to open up,cooperate and innovate,and enhance the independence and professionalism of theoretical research.
