美国高校就业指导实践及启示——以伊利诺大学厄巴纳-香槟分校和伊利诺伊理工学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,我国十分重视大学生就业问题,但由于我国在就业指导方面起步较晚,在指导与帮助大学生就业工作方面仍有需要完善的地方。美国是就业指导起源国,遵循"服务学生""以学生为本"的工作理念,在大学生就业指导与职业规划领域有着较为完善的体系和制度。以美国伊利诺大学厄巴纳-香槟分校(以下简称UIUC)、伊利诺伊理工学院(以下简称IIT)在就业指导体系的实践经验为例,通过比较分析,并结合我国的高校实际情况,提出了可行性改善措施,以期促进我国大学生就业与大学生成才。 In the recent years, our country has attached great importance to the employment of collegestudents. But because it has started late in employment guidance, there are still some areas in that needto be improved in guiding and helping college students to find jobs. The United States is the countrywhere employment guidance originated. It follows the working notion of “serving students” and “student-oriented” and boasts a relatively perfect system and regulations for college students’ employment guid-ance and career planning. This paper takes the practical experience of the employment guidance system ofthe University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) asexamples for the study. Through contrastive analysis in combination with our country’s practical conditionin institutes of higher learning, some feasible improvement measures are put forward in order to promotethe employment of students and their achievement.
