Problems of Ideological and Political Education for Postgraduates in the New Era and Their Countermeasures——A case analysis based on the A University

新时代背景下,高校研究生思想政治教育面临着新形势、新局面、新问题,须及时创新工作思路、改进工作方式。文章分析A大学研究生思想政治教育工作实践,认为学生工作部门协同性差、导师思想政治教育功能发挥不明显、研究生辅导员队伍建设缺位等因素影响研究生思想政治教育工作开展,并从高校角度思考研究生思想政治教育开展路径。

In the background of the new era, the ideological and political education of graduate studentsin colleges and universities is facing new situation, new phase and new problems. It is necessary to inno-vate working ideas and improve working methods in time. This paper analyzes the working practice of ideo-logical and political education of graduate students in the A University and finds that poor cooperation a-mong student working departments, obscure function of the ideological role of mentors, lack of postgradu-ate counselors and other factors affect the ideological and political education of graduate students. The pa-per suggests some path of postgraduate ideological and political education from the perspective of collegesand universities.
