摘要
对大辽河及其主要支流66个采样点的底栖藻类进行研究。共采获底栖藻类208种(包括变种),分属硅藻、绿藻、蓝藻、裸藻、金藻及黄藻门7个门,计63个属,其中硅藻门占绝对优势(64.90%),绿藻门次之(21.15%),极细微曲壳藻隐头变种(Achnanthes minutissima)和弧形蛾眉藻(Ceratoneis arcus)为优势种,其相对丰富度分别为13.5%和3.15%,赖氏鞘丝藻(Lyngbya lagerheinii)是大辽河干流和支流的优势种;其他支流优势种为极细微曲壳藻隐头变种(Achnanthes minutissima)和湖泊鞘丝藻(Lyngbya linmetica)。基于底栖藻类的物种组成和相对丰富,对采样点进行了去势对应分析(DCA),结果表明研究区域底栖藻类群落存在明显的空间差异。典型对应分析(CCA)结果显示氨氮、TDS、COD和海拔是影响底栖藻类空间分布最主要的几个因素。
The benthic algae of main tributaries of the Liaohe River and 66 sampling points of the Liaohe River were studied.208 species(including varieties) of benthic algae were collected,belonging to bacillariophyta,Chlorophyta and Cyanophyta,Euglenophyta,Chrysophyta and Xanthophyta 7 door,63 genera.Diatom in which the door is absolutely dominant(64.90%),Green algae gate(21.15%),Achnanthes minutissima and Ceratoneis arcus are Dominant species,which relative abundance was 13.5% and 3.15%,respectively,Lyngbya lagerheini is the dominant species in the main stream and tributaries.Other dominant species are Achnanthes minutissima and Lyngbya linmetica.For species composition and relative abundance of benthic algae,the corresponding analysis of the sampling points was carried out.The results showed that there were obvious spatial differences in the community of benthic algae in the study area.Canonical correspondence analysis(CCA) showed that the main factors affecting the spatial distribution of benthic algae were ammonia nitrogen,TDS,COD and altitude.
