我国高技术产业R&D的区域溢出效应研究——基于空间杜宾模型

摘要 基于技术距离、经济距离和人力资本距离等三种不同维度的空间权重矩阵,建立空间杜宾模型分析了我国各省份1998—2015年高技术产业R&D同时涵盖本土和跨国两种不同途径下的溢出效应。结果表明:高技术R&D活动的产出存在明显的空间相关性,以新产品销售收入作为R&D活动的产出时,本土途径以及跨国途径下的空间溢出效应均不显著;以专利申请数作为R&D活动的产出时,本土溢出效应非常显著,跨国途径下的溢出效应以关联效应为主,不存在明显的示范效应。此外,基于经济距离、人力资本距离和技术距离空间权重矩阵得出的本土溢出效应依次递减。最后,针对模型结果得出了一些相应的结论与启示。 Based on the spatial weight matrix of three different dimensions of technical distance, economic distance and human capitaldistance,select the panel data of the hightech industry R&D activities of different provinces in China from 1998 to 2015,and establish theSpatial Durbin Model to analyze the spillover effects of R&D covering both local and transnational approaches. The results show that there isa clear spatial correlation for the output of R&D activities;when the output of R&D activities is the sales revenue of new product,the localspillover effect and transnational spillover are not significant;when the R&D output is the number of patent applications,the local spillovereffect is very significant,the correlation effect is the main effect through transitional route, and the demonstration effect is not significant. Inaddition,the local spillover effect based on the spatial weight matrix of economic distance,human capital distance and technical distance isdecreasing in turn. Finally,some corresponding conclusions and implications are obtained from the model results.
