摘要 厄瓜多尔CCS水电站的工作闸门和事故闸门全部采用液压式闭机操作,由于上游水位较高,液压启闭机安装高程也相应抬高,为减少启闭机扬程,平面闸门的液压启闭机需要带拉杆启闭,有的需要带多节拉杆启闭,这就给闸门的检修带来了困难。为解决闸门检修问题,布置了闸门检修平台、拉杆检修平台及可移动的闸门锁定、拉杆锁定装置,解决了闸门检修期间拉杆的拆换及移走,方便了闸门的检修和维护,为后期工程运行带来便利,同时节约了运营成本。 The working gate and Accident Gate of the CCS Hydropower Station in Ecuador are operated by hydraulic hoist.Because of the high water level upstream, the height of the hydraulic hoist is also raised. In order to reduce the lift of the hoist, the hydraulic hoist of the plane gate needs to be operated with a pull rod, and some even need to operate with multiple pull rods, which makes it difficult to repair the gate. In order to solve the problem of gate repair, the gate repair platform, the pull rods repair platform and the movable gate lock and rod lock device were arranged, and the disassemble and removal of the pull rod during the gate repair were solved, which made the repair and maintenance of the gate convenient for the later project operation and saved the operating cost.
