五家渠灌区渠道防渗改建工程设计

摘要 灌区渠道经多年运行使用,部分渠道腐蚀渗漏严重,需对部分渠段进行防渗改建。以新疆五家渠灌区渠道防渗改建工程为实例,通过分析地质条件,对渠道各项参数进行设计,其横断面采用"渠底现浇混凝土板衬砌+边坡预制混凝土板+砂砾石防冻层";0.3mm塑膜防渗,横向全铺设形式;经计算和比选得出边坡砂砾石防冻层厚度为32cm,渠底防冻层厚度30cm。整个设计和计算过程可给类似工程提供必要的技术参考。 Irrigation channels are used for years of operation. Some channels have serious corrosion and leakage, and some canal sections need to be rebuilt. Based on the seepage channel of Xinjiang Wujiaqu irrigation area reconstruction project as an example, through the analysis of geological conditions, the design of channel parameters, the cross section of the canal bottom cast-in-place concrete lining board + slope precast concrete plate + sand gravel frost layer; 0.3 mm plastic film, the whole horizontal laying form; after calculation and obtain the slope of gravel sand the frost layer thickness of32 cm is selected, the canal bottom frost layer thickness 30 cm. The whole design and calculation process can provide the necessary technical reference for similar projects.
