摘要
生态环境监测是长江经济带共抓大保护的指南针,一张科学合理的监测网络是监测工作的前提。目前,长江流域生态环境监测面临布局不平衡、监测能力不足、信息化程度低等问题,迫切需要优化。本文从整合资源、流域联网、科学管理、强化创新4个方面提出建议,以期为提升流域生态环境监测水平提供技术支撑。
Ecology environment monitoring is a guidance to the protection of the Yangtze river economic Belt,and a scientific and rational monitoring network is the prerequisite for monitoring work. At present, the monitor.ing of ecology-environment in the Yangtze River basin faces the problems of unbalanced layout, insufficientmonitoring ability and low level of informatization. This paper provides suggestions from four aspects such as theintegration of resources, combination of monitoring sites, strengthening scientific management and promotingtechnological innovation, so as to provide technical support for improving the level of monitoring the ecologicalenvironment in the Yangtze River basin.
