摘要
近年来,服务设计作为工业设计领域突破性的研究课题在国内外得到越来越广泛的关注,但是其理论研究大多将着重点放在服务设计的定义、设计原则、设计流程等方面的探索中,没能将现有产品设计中已提出的科学且完善的设计理论加以优化并在服务设计中贯穿,因此在实质上,现有的研究并不能从用户的角度以物质和非物质相结合的方式较系统和全面地达成服务设计所构想的模型。本文主要探讨人因工程学的思维模式在服务设计的整体流程中推进的必要性,并以此提出对服务设计系统运用的新方法。
In recent years, service design as a research topic in the field of industrial design at home and abroad gets more and more attention. However, most of the theoretical research will only focus on exploring the definition, principle, design process and so on, which can not propose scientific and perfect design theory and apply it into the service design, so in essence, the existing research can not reach systematic and comprehensive service design model from the view of material and immaterial. This paper mainly discusses the necessity of advancing the thinking mode of ergonomics in the whole process of service design, and puts forward a new method for the application of service design system.
