探究社区街道活力影响因素与提升策略——以北京天通苑为例

INFLUENCE FACTORS AND PROMOTION STRATEGIES OF COMMUNITY STREET VITALITY——TAKE BEIJING TIANTONGYUAN AS AN EXAMPLE

社区街道作为城市的"公共起居室",是社区居民归属感、认同感和幸福感的重要来源。街道活力的准确评估是社区街道建设与改造成功的关键。文章以北京市天通苑社区为例,通过现场调研与后期数据分析,探索社区街道活力的构成关系与影响因素,科学合理地制订改善策略,为北京市社区的发展提供理论参考。

Community street,as the ＂public living room＂ of the city,is an important source of sense of belonging,identity and happiness of community residents. The accurate assessment of street vitality is the key to the success of community street construction and transformation. This paper taking the Beijing Tian Tong Yuan community as an example,through the field investigation and the later data analysis,this paper explores the relationship and influencing factors of community street vitality,scientifically and rationally formulating the improvement strategy to provide theoretical reference for the development of Beijing community.
