摘要
服务设计向全系统设计的趋近使设计模式发生了三方面变化:设计的主体从消费者到多方利益持有者的偏移;以消费为目标的商业设计向更高层次的以用户友好型、环境友好型和社会友好型为目标系统最优化设计的偏移;设计的对象由服务语境向全社会循环发展的闭环系统中的全部人因要素的偏移。文章根据"人—服务—环境—社会"全系统设计的内核要义和对全系统设计理论各个接触点的人因分析结果,提出将全系统设计理论应用于实践的方法。
The way that service design approaches to the whole system design makes the model of design has undergone three kinds of changes. The main part of purpose of design has translated from the consumer to various aspects of stakeholder,the commercial design which goal is for consumption has translated to a higher level of system design which connotation is to create an user-friendly,environmental y-friendly and society-friendly design system,the object of design has translated from the individual who will be considered only in the service context to all the closed-loop cycle system. According to the analysis of core meaning of the whole system design which is called "human,service,environment and society" propose the method of applying the whole system design theory in this paper to practise it.
