摘要
以马斯诺需求层次理论为基础,研究青少年的用户需求和用户体验的关系,分析当前科普展品存在的问题,结合用体验三层次理论,提出基于用户体验的科普展品三个层次的设计要素。本能层设计要素包括形态安全可爱、色彩明亮和材质舒适;行为层设计要素包括交互过程简单有趣、信息反馈及时准确;反思层设计要素包括科普知识生活化、知识结构简单化。
First,the relationship between teenagers’ User Demand and User Experience is studied based on the theory of Masno’s demand hierarchy.Second,the existing problems is analyzed in popular science exhibits.Last,based on the three levels of User Experience,It puts forward the design elements of the exhibition of Science and Technology Museum based on User Experience.The natural layer design elements includethe form safe,lovely,bright and comfortable.The behavior layer design elements include simple and interesting interaction process and timely and accurate information feedback.Reflective layer design elements include popular science knowledge and simplified knowledge structure.
