摘要
目的探讨大鼠终体重对尿促性素效价测定的影响。方法按《中国药典》2015年版方法测定尿促性素效价,并对14次测定数据进行统计分析。结果大鼠终体重对尿促性素的效价测定有影响。雌性大鼠终体重70~75g,雄性大鼠终体重75~80 g,为其效价测定最佳终体重。结论本研究对尿促性素效价测定有指导意义。
Objective To explore the effect of final weight of rats on titer determination of menotropin. Methods Titer determination of menotropin was conducted according to the method listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition, and the data of 14 times of assay were statistically analyzed. Results The final weight of rats had a significant effect on the titer determination of menotropin. The optimal final weights of female and male rats were 70-75 g and 75-80 g respectively. Conclusion This research is instructive for titer determination of menotropin.
