服务设计在医疗领域的思考——以长海医院放疗科为例

THINKING ABOUT SERVICE DESIGN IN MEDICAL FIELD——TAKE THE RADIOTHERAPY DEPARTMENT OF CHANGHAI HOSPITAL AS AN EXAMPLE

健康问题一直深受国民重视,已经上升为国家卫生安全问题。纵观国内许多不同类型的医院在为患者提供医疗服务时或多或少会存在一些弊端,因此通过服务设计提供的方法论指导如何更好的为医疗领域服务,通过调研分析发现长海医院放射治疗科室在为患者提供医疗服务时的一些不足,旨在根据服务设计的理念提供解决方案,进而满足患者对医疗服务体验的期望值。

People are always paying much attention on health problems and it even goes to a national health safety problems now.Throughout those different types of hospitals in China,there are some problems when they provide medical services to patients.Therefore,by applying the guidance provided in service design,can achieve better service quality in medical field.Through the investigation and analysis to Changhai hospital,when providing medical services to patients,there are some problems of the radiation treatment department.The aim is to provide solutions based on the concept of service design to meet patients＇ expectations for medical service.
