摘要
彼得·圣吉的《第五项修炼》和学习型组织理论管理者尽知。通过对管理大师思维的剖析,发现了圣吉学习型组织理论背后的心智模式,本质上是从两对"二维坐标思维":"个人—团队"和"内在—外在"维度出发,从而演绎出学习型组织的五项修炼。"二维坐标思维"作为一种简单但有效的思维工具,值得掌握和学习。我们不仅要学大师的结论,更要学习大师的思维,这样才能触类旁通。
The theory of learning organization proposed by Peter Senge in The Fifth Disciplineis known to all.This paper analysis the way of thinking from this great mind and discovers the underlying mental model behind Senge′s theory of learning organization.We find that the five disciplines are deduced using a twodimensional coordinate thinking model,where we have"individual-team"on one dimension and "internalexternal"on the other.The two-dimensional coordinate thinking model could be a simple yet highly effective thinking tool that is worth learning and mastering.To truly appreciate the great minds,we must understand not only their conclusions but their ways of thinking as well.
