摘要
食盐防腐在制革业生皮保存方法中长期占据主导地位,但传统的动物皮防腐过程中,因存在嗜盐菌等微生物,若较长时间保藏,也会出现掉毛、发臭,甚至粒面损伤或呈现红斑等现象,尤其是夏季易生蛆蝇,造成原料皮损伤。本文重点探究了不同粒度的盐及辅以高效低毒的广谱杀菌剂BIT和嗜盐菌杀菌剂8050对生牛皮的防腐效果影响。筛选出具有高效、低毒的生皮防腐配方。
Salt preservation has been long dominant in the hide preservation process of the tanning industry. However, due to the presence of microorganisms such as halophile bacteria in the preservation process of traditional animal skins, if preserved for a long time, there will be hair loss,odor, even damage of grainflat or erythema. Especially in the summer, the maggots are likely to be born, causing damage to the skin of raw materials. This article focuses on the effect of different granularity of salt combined with high efficiency and low toxicity broad-spectrum fungicide BIT and halophilic bacteria fungicide 8050 on the preservative effect of raw cowhide, screened with high efficiency and low toxicity preservative formulation of raw hide.
