仿中小牛鞋面革绿色生产关键工艺技术 被引量:13

摘要 为提高皮革的档次,增加皮革的附加值,提出了一种利用美国黑白花阉牛皮仿制中小牛鞋面革的工艺技术,采用低硫保毛脱毛技术、无氨脱灰软化技术、少铬鞣技术进行准备和鞣制,采用缝制修边技术、无铬复鞣技术、高低温交替复鞣填充技术、末端染色技术、无铬多金属鞣剂固色技术进行湿态染整,采用紧密型速成干整理技术、水性涂饰技术进行干态整饰,所得皮革粒面平滑细致,手感柔软丰满,物理机械性能好,品质好,档次高,而且工艺绿色环保,节省资源,具有良好的社会经济效益。 In order to improve the grade of leather and increase the value of leather, the technique of using American cowhide to imitate medium cattle and calf shop upper leather was proposed. The hair-saving unhairing technology, the non-ammonia deliming and bating technology and the chrome-less tanned technology were used for beam house and tanning, the sewing-trimming technology, the chrome-free retanning technology, the high and low temperature alternating retanning filling technology, the terminal dyeing technogy, the chrome-free multi-metal tanning agen fixing technique were used for wet dyeing and finishing. The compact type drying technology and the waterborne finishing technology were used for dry finishing, the obtained leather has smooth and fine grain surface, soft and full hand feeling, good physical and mechanical properties, good quality and high grade. Moreover, the process is environmentally friendly, saves resources, and has good social and economic benefits.
