鸡爪皮制革工艺的研究

摘要 探索以鸡爪皮为原料皮,并仔细研究其组织特性。对鸡爪皮纤维编织紧密,跖皮背部皮下脂肪含量高,化料渗透难度大,成革较硬等问题,采取多工序分步处理,充分松散胶原纤维,来解决皮张板硬的问题;而皮下多脂问题采取多工序机械去除,并配有化学去除工艺来解决。最终摸索、开发出丰满、柔软、有弹性、强度高的多品种的特种革,既具有较悦目的观赏性,又具有较广泛的实用性,同时创造较好的经济效益。 This paper was based on a lot of study on the structure of chicken foot skin and several main processes which should be noticed in leather-making process. The collagen of chicken foot skin was loosed fully to solve the stick problem, and the fat was removed both by machinery and chemicals.Finally we can get full soft and flexible chicken foot skin.
