我国医师执业合作模式变革与发展对策——基于口腔医学现象的反思

Reform and Development Strategy of Physicians' Practice Cooperation Mode in China Based on Reflecting of Stomatological Status Quo

在"十九大"与"新医改"的背景下,我国医疗卫生行业及医护人员面临机遇的同时也面临着挑战,寻找出路,发挥医疗优势,促进医疗资源整合,建立健全覆盖城乡居民的基本医疗卫生制度是每个医疗人员的责任。由口腔行业医患矛盾少、社会反响好的发展现状引入思考,从我国医师执业发展道路入手,并借鉴国外医师执业模式,探讨我国医师合作执业及自由执业的发展潜力与出路,提出构建以医学高校为中心,成立专家医师集团,"教学、科研、临床"为一体下沉输出模式的策略,为医疗行业发展模式提供方向与指导。

Under the background of ＂19th CPC National Congress＂ and ＂New Medical Reform＂, the medical and health care industry and medical personnel are facing opportunities and challenges at the same time in China. It is the responsibility of every medical personnel to exploit the medical advantages to the full, to promote the integration of medical resources, and establish and improve the basic medical and health system covering urban and rural residents. Based on the current situation of the stomatology industry with few contradictions between doctors and patients and good social repercussions, this paper discusses the development potential and outlet of doctors＇ group practice and free practice in our country by drawing on the practice mode of foreign doctors. This paper puts forward the strategy of setting up a group practice with the sinking output mode of ＂teaching, scientific research and clinic＂ as a whole by taking medical colleges and universities as the center to establish the expert doctor group, which provides the direction and guidance for the development model of medical industry.
