城市地下综合管廊运维技术研究

Study on Operation and Maintenance Technology of Urban Underground Comprehensive Pipe Corridor

基础设施运维是百年大计,尤其是城市综合管廊已经逐渐成为城市生命线的前提下,在运维体系的研究上,本文构建了四大运维体系:运行管理体系、养护管理体系、安全管理体系和应急管理体系。探索了综合管廊养护计划、设施巡检、养护作业、智慧化管养关键技术,研究了综合管廊管理的技术难点。

Operation and maintenance of infrastructure is a century-old project,especially under the premise that urban integrated management corridor has gradually become the lifeline of the city. On the research of operation and maintenance system,this paper constructs four major operation and maintenance systems： operation management system,maintenance management system,and maintenance management system. Safety management system and emergency management system. This paper probes into the key technologies of comprehensive pipe corridor maintenance plan,facilities inspection,maintenance operation and intelligent management,and studies the technical difficulties of integrated pipe corridor management.
