Application of BIM Technology in Construction of Assembly Building Structure

BIM技术即为将三维数字技术纳入核心,通过建筑全生命周期的管控,协调建筑各产业链,以此构成的信息数据模型。装配式建筑的涌现,使之能够在融合BIM技术的前提下,起到最佳控制的效果。本文通过对BIM技术的思考,探讨其在装配式建筑结构中的价值及具体应用。

BIM is a kind of information data model based on the integration of 3 D digital technology into the core and the coordination of various industrial chains through the management and control of the whole life cycle of architecture. The emergence of prefabricated buildings enables them to achieve the best control effect on the premise of integrating BIM technology. This paper discusses the value and application of BIM technology in prefabricated building structure.
