中药制剂开发现状的研究

当前医疗机构在药物制剂的研究条件与制药企业相比,无论是在设备设施的配备还是在制药人员的储备方面均存在较大差距,因此导致所制备的药剂品质参差不齐,容易诱发用药安全事故。探讨了医院自主研发药物制剂的优势,分析中药制剂如何研发定位及在开发过程中需要研究的内容,介绍了新技术在中药制剂开发中的临床价值和研究现状,以期对我国中药制剂的开发有所裨益。

The current medical institutions in the pharmaceutical research condition and the pharmaceutical industry has obvi- ous gaps between reserves in equipment facilities or in pharmaceutical personnel, resulting in the uneven quality of medica- ment preparation, easily induced drug safety accidents. This study explored the advantages of independent research and devel- opment of hospital pharmaceutical preparations, analysed of Chinese medicine preparation and content need to study how to develop positioning in the development process, introduced a new technology in the development of Chinese medicine prepara- tion in clinical value and researched status of traditional Chinese medicine preparation and development of China＇s moderniza- tion development benefit.
