概述了高压脉冲技术现阶段在果蔬汁保鲜和其他液体食品中的不同应用,展望了高压脉冲技术可能的发展方向。
This article outlined the different applications of high-pressure pulse technology in the preservation of fresh fruit and vegetable juices, the elimination of other liquids and solid foods at the present stage, and prospected the possible development direction of high-voltage pulse technology.
